Meet the Team

Nick founded and leads NextGen Fleet Solutions, NextGen Growth Partners’ dedicated investment platform focused on acquiring and operating mission-critical, asset-light B2B service businesses across the transportation, logistics, and fleet services ecosystem.

Before launching NextGen Fleet Solutions, Nick served as a U.S. Army Armor Officer across the U.S., Korea, and Europe. He culminated his service as a Tank Company Commander, responsible for over 100 soldiers and a fleet of complex, high-value equipment—including heavy vehicles, trucks, generators, and maintenance assets. Throughout his military career, Nick worked closely with mechanics, technicians, and operators to keep mission-critical systems running, manage maintenance operations, and build high-performing teams under pressure.

Following the Army, Nick earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and served as President of the Kellogg Veterans Association. Nick is passionate about partnering with founders who care deeply about their people and the legacy they’ve built, and supporting those businesses into their next chapter of growth.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys exploring new breweries and trying (unsuccessfully) to learn golf.

Nick holds a B.S. in Information Technology from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an M.S. in Data Science from Eastern University, and an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg.
